Governor’s Industrial Safety and Health Conference 2006 Spokane, WA - Wednesday September 27, 2006 This year’s Governor’s Safety & Health Conference Student Program will be held on September 27, 2006 at Spokane Convention Center. The student portion of the conference will begin around 9:00 and end by 1:00. This program is a great opportunity for your students to have fun as well as learn about workplace hazards and their rights as young workers. Because the conference happens so early in the school year, it is important that you mark it on your calendars now! We recommend that you also talk to your administrator before the school year ends to make arrangements for student transportation and a substitute, if possible.
